Interactive Fluid & Chemistry Modeling A built-in "Cleaner Chemistry Lab" allows engineers to evaluate how surfactant concentration, bath temperature, and recirculation flow rate directly impact surface tension, Blake thresholds, and cavitation collapse efficiency.

Advanced Diagnostic Tools The platform features an interactive 3D hydrophone probe to measure localized acoustic pressure, alongside a vertical rack agitation simulator to model how moving parts sweep through standing-wave nodes.

Industry-Specific Target Database The simulator includes built-in acoustic targets, recommended frequencies, and maximum safe erosion limits for 26 distinct substrates across 8 industries, including medical implants, aerospace alloys, and semiconductors.

Automated Engineering Reports The program generates professional, exportable PDF analysis reports containing quantitative KPI dashboards, histograms, 3D viewport snapshots, and automated process recommendations. Engineers can also export data to CSV and save setups as .ucav project files.

Complete Offline Functionality The simulator runs entirely within the browser using bundled engines with zero external network dependencies, ensuring proprietary CAD geometry and process data remain strictly secure.
